Soft Tissue Therapy

Targeted | Recovery | Pain-relief

Soft Tissue Therapy (sometimes known as Sports Massage) is really useful in treating specific areas of the body which have perhaps become extremely tense, stiff or injured. It works to rehabilitate the soft tissues muscles, tendons and ligaments.

Each treatment is tailored to the outcomes you want. For example, reducing muscle pain in stiff shoulders or treating a pulled calf muscle.

This therapy is also beneficial as part of an exercise programme. It has been found that athletes perform better as a result of having a soft tissue massage before an event. They also recover more quickly after an event if they have a treatment.

Soft tissue therapy is suitable for anybody wishing to prevent or recover from soft tissue injury, tension or pain caused by work, physical activity or chronic health issues.
