Telephone or online – we support you from home
Our remote counselling service provides a non-judgemental and confidential space for you to work through your feelings and difficult life events. Experiencing feelings and thoughts you can’t understand can be overwhelming and there may be many reasons why you feel you need to access some extra help.
The sessions are available via phone or online video calling – you and your counsellor will decide between you which you prefer. We are here for you and will listen to you and support you when you need it most.
The initial session is £20 which covers our basic costs and gives you a chance to try our service. All subsequent sessions are £45. You will be asked to pay this in advance.
Check your private health plan or insurance. You may be able to claim back some of the cost of your sessions.
Your employer may be happy to pay for the sessions on your behalf. We can directly invoice your employer for a set number of sessions. It may be worth asking them if they could support you. Find out more about or Employee Assistance packages here.
