Remote Counselling

Telephone or online – we support you from home

Our remote counselling service provides a non-judgemental and confidential space for you to work through your feelings and difficult life events. Experiencing feelings and thoughts you can’t understand can be overwhelming and there may be many reasons why you feel you need to access some extra help.

The sessions are available via phone or online video calling – you and your counsellor will decide between you which you prefer. We are here for you and will listen to you and support you when you need it most.

What can remote counselling help with?

Our counsellors have helped clients with a variety of challenges, for example:

  • Depression, stress and anxiety
  • Abuse
  • Addiction (drug, alcohol, gambling, sex)
  • Lack of sleep
  • Relationship problems
  • Anger management
  • Eating disorders

How remote counselling works

  • Contact our reception team
  • We will answer your questions, match you with a counsellor and book you in. We require payment at this stage.
  • At the agreed time, your counsellor will call you and carry out the session. This will last for 50mins. The first session is at a reduced rate to allow you to decide if remote counselling is right for you. You will be able to talk about the issues you would like to discuss and about what you want from counselling.
  • After each session, our reception team will contact you to see if you would like to rebook.
