Reflexology in Leeds City Centre

Balancing | Restorative | Boosting

This is an ancient treatment dating back about 5000 years. It is based on the principal in Chinese medicine that we all have energy channels which run vertically through the body. These channels carry energy thought to be a vital life force, known as Chi in Chinese medicine.

All of these energy channels come close to the surface at points in the feet. Reflexologists have mapped these specific energy points to the structures and organs of the body.

By applying gentle pressure to these points on your feet the reflexologist can access these energy channels.

Stress, illness or physical trauma can negatively impact the flow of Chi. The aim of reflexology is to release stagnant energy and make the energy flow freely.
