Counselling gives you the opportunity to talk about issues effecting your life in a safe and confidential environment

Our counsellors will listen to you and help you to work through any problems or difficulties that you may have. They are here to help you understand how past experiences may be effecting your life today.  The counsellor will not tell you what to do. They will not present you with a course of action to take. Instead they will provide you with a non-judgemental, confidential setting and guide you as you explore your issues and concerns.

The link below will take you to our booking system.  Select face to face or remote (via telephone or Zoom) counselling and then pick the therapist that you want to see (if you have a preference) and a day/ time for your appointment.  Then fill in your relevant details. You will get a confirmation email when the booking is complete. Alternatively, call us on 0113 234 0818 and we’ll be happy to help.
