About Lisa in her own words:  I have vast experience of counselling adults and young people using a combination of behavioural and therapeutic techniques to support your development and coping strategies.  My approach is integrative which means that the therapy will be tailored to your needs. You are the expert in your own life!  I will work with you to help you explore any issues that you may feel are holding you back in life and consider different ways in which you can work through these issues to release yourself from their constraints.

I specialise in supporting you to move away from negative thought processes, whether that be due to a specific situation or due to an ongoing struggle. I promise to create a therapeutic space individual to you. The process will be continuously discussed and agreed upon.
