How are you today?
It’s a question we’re often asked, yet not always one we feel able to answer openly and honestly.
I offer a safe, calm, and non-judgemental space where you can take a breath and explore whatever feels important to you. Our time together is focused entirely on you, and you are always free to lead the session in the direction that feels right.
Sharing your thoughts and feelings can feel difficult at times, and you may notice a range of emotions — you might cry, laugh, feel frustrated, or unsure. All of these responses are welcome and will be met with care, understanding, and respect. We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
You may choose to talk about your past, your relationships, or something that’s happening in your life right now. This is your time and your space. I won’t tell you what to do or offer quick answers; instead, I’ll walk alongside you, listening closely and offering gentle reflections, supporting you to reconnect with yourself.
I am a fully qualified counselling with a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and I regularly attend CPD courses and professional supervision. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)
