When I’m not working at Phoenix on reception, I’m studying for my BSc in Psychology at university, my counselling qualifications at college, as well as occasionally volunteering for Shout.
I have 12 years of retail experience behind me in various roles which has fuelled my love for talking and helping people. I love meeting new people and hearing their stories. In my spare, I enjoy spending quality time with friends and family, and my gorgeous black cat Minnie. I love walks in nature and chipping away at my endless stash of books.
