It’s simple to set up an Employee Assistance package:

  • Choose the package you’d like for your employee (see top of page)

  • Email us at info@phoenixhealthandwellbeing.org.uk or call us on 0113 234 0818

  • decide on a package, tell us your invoice details and the contact details of your employee

  • That’s it! We’ll contact your employee directly so they can book convenient appointments and we’ll pop you an invoice

Employee Assistance Counselling

Our employee assistance service allows you to help and support your staff in a compassionate and confidential way

We all have times when the stresses and strains of life and work feel overwhelming. When this happens concentrating at work, being productive at work and even attending work can become a real struggle.


Our Employee Assistance service can help you to support employees who may be finding life tough through providing them with confidential, 1-2-1 counselling sessions with our highly experienced counsellors.

The type of counselling that we offer is person-centred and non-directive. All of our counsellors are trained in remote counselling, so if your employee wants to mix & match Face-to-Face with Remote sessions, they can.
