Bev Woodhead

During a difficult time in my life I sought counselling and was astounded by how much it helped.

It was a great experience and it changed my life for the better. That was where my journey with counselling started and I enrolled onto an introductory counselling course as soon as I could!

I have experience of working with adults with a wide range of issues including: suicidal thoughts, self-harm, depression, anxiety and stress, issues with sleep, work related problems, attachment disorder and eating disorders.

I am a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and I have a diploma in therapeutic counselling. I have had specialist training in sexually harmful behaviour and bereavement, trauma and disassociation.
