Qualifications and training: Amanda has a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy and regularly attends training courses and supervision as part of her continued professional development.
Professional body membership – British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists
Areas of focus: depression, anxiety, sexual violence and trauma, relationship issues, stress, self-esteem and confidence, grief and loss. Has additional training in working with autism spectrum conditions.
Hobbies and interests: running, reading, yoga, qi gong, meditation.
