“I’m Amanda. From personal experience, I know the value of therapy and the positive changes it can bring. I recognise that making the decision to see a counsellor is a big step and it’s my aim to help you feel supported in taking that step forward.
My qualification is a post-graduate diploma in counselling and psychotherapy. I am a relational integrative practitioner, which means I draw on a range of skills from different approaches to support you in our work together. I believe that living in alignment with our core values is an integral part of living a fulfilled life and having positive relationships… in our sessions we can work out together what’s important to you and what you want for your life moving forwards.
I am a member of the BACP and offer therapy for a range of issues including; depression, anxiety, social anxiety, sexual violence, relationship issues, stress, self-harm, bereavement and issues relating to BPD. It is my aim to offer my clients a place of safety; a relationship that provides a secure base in which to increase in self-awareness, heal from past traumas and work towards the future you desire and deserve.”
