Relaxation Massage

Tranquil | Caring | Stress-relief

This treatment aims to relax both the body and the mind.  The gentle flow of massage strokes over your skin will warm and stretch your muscles promoting detoxification and boosting circulation. As the massage is very rhythmical, with long flowing strokes it will also calm your mind allowing you to drift off during the treatment.

This massage is extremely good for those who are experiencing stress, anxiety or having trouble sleeping. It can also help to reduce headaches by relieving tension in the shoulders and neck.

30mins / 50mins
